Un apartamento amplio, cómodo, muy bien distribuido, aseado, con vista al mar y en frente a la playa Doctor's cave, nos atendió Karl, muy amable y diligente. ¡Gracias!

− Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la aplicación de booking ya que algunos mensajes del anfitrión no llegaron, por lo que tuvimos que esperar un rato para abrir la puerta, por lo demás, todo perfecto

− Our experience was extremely disappointing and unfortunately we cannot recommend this property. The main issue was the overwhelming mold smell throughout the apartment. The odor was so strong that it was difficult to breathe and impossible to imagine spending the night there. We tried everything we could to improve the situation, including opening all the windows and running the air conditioning, but nothing helped. Due to health concerns associated with mold exposure, we decided we could not stay. We immediately tried to contact the host through Booking.com, WhatsApp and by phone, but received no response for approximately two hours. The host only replied after we contacted Booking.com directly. No alternative accommodation was offered. As a result, we left the apartment and had to book another hotel room for the night at our own expense. Despite the fact that we never spent the night in the apartment, the host refused to provide a refund. Beyond the mold issue, there were several other problems with the apartment. The bathroom has no window, is extremely dark and has severe humidity, made worse by the very low ceiling. The shower leaks enough water to flood the bathroom floor, and the hot water was barely warm. The soap provided appeared to be dishwashing liquid rather than hand soap. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable, even from the short time we tried it before leaving. Finally, the balcony view is misleading compared with the listing photos. The advertised view is not what you actually get. Most of the view is blocked by the building itself, leaving you looking mainly at a wall and the hillside behind the property, with only a limited side view of the city. The apartment may appear attractive in the photos and is in a good location, but none of that compensates for the unbearable mold smell and the poor communication from the host. Refusing to refund guests who could not stay because of these conditions made the experience even worse.

L'emplacement est juste parfait! Les gens sont très sympathiques. Retours rapides de l'hôte et bon service. Plage tout près ! Air clim fonctionne bien. Laveuse pour les vêtements.

− La piscine n'est pas fonctionnelle depuis plus de 2 ans, j'aurais aimé le savoir car c'était un must pour nous. Pas assé d'ustensiles pour tous (ex: 2 fourchettes pour 5, pas pas passoire) et pas de four. Plusieurs cafards visibles et parfois très gros.

This was a nice and clean apartment for my family and I to stay for the night. The location was very close to stores and restaurants. Staff was helpful in getting us checked in. We are very grateful for the prompt response and hospitality.
