Not a lot really. The staff were great

− Too many steps but the staff helped with luggage thankfully. Room terrible as nowhere to put luggage. Very cramped. Only 4 hangers. Luckily only there for 3 nights so left most stuff in cases. Needs a refurb. We had been travelling around the islands and this was by far the worst property

Rummet låg centralt och hade en fantastisk utsikt över staden. Kvinnan i receptionen var otroligt omtänksam och hjälpsam. Vi är supernöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

The room itself was very clean and spacious with lovely views.

− We arrived on a 6 pm flight from London. I called the number given to check all arrangements were in place. We were told to go to the Water Hotel to check in as no staff were on duty. To cut a very long story short, instructions from the lady on the phone were unclear and confusing. We were instructed to go to Blue Suites with extremely vague instructions, These suites are all above Skiathos with multiple stone stairs and many alleyways. We were carrying two heavy suitcases, it was extremely hot and walked around in the backstreets and alleyways trying to find our hotel for over an hour. We are in our 70’s. We made multiple phone calls to the woman who had given us the instructions who was extremely unhelpful and basically told us we must just get on with looking, there would be no help forthcoming. She eventually stopped answering her phone. With the kindness of some strangers we eventually found the room, at the top of a further three flights of stairs. I have never, in my many years of world travel, staying in both fabulous and very ordinary locations, encountered such a callous disregard for paying guests. If your group cannot pay someone to man a reception and show guests to accommodation what is the world coming to?

Ottima per la posizione vicino ai locali o come punto d'appoggio per prendere il traghetto al porto.

− Purtroppo ci sono stati importanti problemi dal punto di vista igienico della struttura. La camera non è stata pulita e igienizzata in modo adeguato; erano presenti alcuni insetti e blatte che entravano sicuramente dal balconcino esterno, ma il fatto ancora più preoccupante è stata la presenza di uova di " cimice del letto", e parassiti presenti tra le lenzuola e materasso nonché all'interno del set di cortesia composto da mascherina da notte e tappi presente nella nostra stanza. Inoltre erano presenti macchie importanti sulle lenzuola e asciugamani in dotazione. Probabilmente è stata una situazione isolata e non diffusa nella struttura a giudicare dalle altre recensioni positive, tuttavia abbiamo contattato più volte il numero indicato per le richieste ma senza nessuna risposta fino al mattino successivo; questo ci ha obbligato a dormire sulle sedie prese dal balconcino esterno. Il mattino successivo il personale si è rivelato molto dispiaciuto per l'accaduto e ci sono stati gentilmente offerti dei dolci tipici del posto, però purtroppo non hanno rimediato alla notte in bianco e al prezzo che (nonostante la gravità del problema) abbiamo pagato per intero, in ogni sua parte.
