3.0The air conditioner worked really well. The bed and pillows are comfy. Breakfast has a lot of options.
− I arrived late on my bus at 1am and staff would not let me in my room. Staff charged me for the more expensive hotel even though I stayed in the cheaper one. It is confusing because they both have the same name. They also told booking.com that they gave me a refund for the more expensive room when they did not. The room is right on top of the bus station so it was very loud at all hours. I think it's too expensive for what you get.

10.0It’s very attractive. Helpful employees, excellent air conditioning, always clean, great showers, comfy beds. I like the breakfast and also being able to have the attached cafe make me a good cup of coffee to drink with it.
