2.0Wir haben uns aufgrund des SPA`s für dieses Hotel entschieden. Als wir ankamen, hiess es, dass es ausgebucht ist. Ausserdem fand an diesem Abend ein Event statt und wir konnten bis 2 Uhr Nachts nicht einschlafen, wegen dem Lärm.

10.0From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless throughout – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered all the comfort we could ask for. The bed was comfortable - not suitable for adults on the sofa bed though , and the attention to detail in the interior design really made it stand out. Service was top-notch. Whether it was room service, reception, or housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and professionally. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in their work. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and pleasant stay.
