− Le petit déjeuner pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Il manquait un petit frigo dans la chambre, ainsi qu'une machine à café. Très difficile de recharger le véhicule, et la propriétaire des lieux ne semble pas concernée par ce service, alors qu'il est mis en avant sur le descriptif de l'hôtel

− لم أتمكن من تسجيل الدخول إلى الفندق في الساعة الثالثة عصرًا، وهو الوقت المحدد لتسجيل الوصول. عند وصولنا وجدنا باب الفندق مغلقًا، وكان هناك رقم هاتف مثبت على الباب، حاولنا الاتصال عدة مرات ولكن لم نتمكن من التواصل مع أي موظف لفتح الباب. اضطررنا إلى مغادرة الموقع والعودة مرة أخرى في الساعة السادسة مساءً، وعندها وجدنا الباب مفتوحًا، إلا أن الكهرباء كانت مقطوعة عن الفندق بالكامل، ولم تعد الخدمة إلا في الساعة العاشرة ليلًا، مما أثر بشكل كبير على راحتنا وإقامتنا. للأسف، لم يتم تقديم أي اعتذار أو تعويض عن هذه المشكلات، رغم أنها خارجة عن مسؤولية النزيل. ومن أبرز نقاط الضعف في تجربة الحجز أن العميل يدفع قيمة الإقامة مقدمًا، بينما لا يحصل على مستوى الخدمة الذي يستحقه، في حين يستفيد كل من الفندق ومنصة الحجز دون تحمل أي مسؤولية تجاه ما تعرض له النزيل. كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال، وآمل أن تتم مراجعة إجراءات تسجيل الوصول وتحسين مستوى الخدمة وتعويض العملاء عند حدوث مثل هذه المشكلا
