− Emme saaneet heti avainta. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla. Puhelimeen ei vastattu. Lopulta tuli nainen, joka oli outo ja epäystävällinen. Hän ei myöskään osannut juurikaan englantia. Myös toisille majoittujille kävi samoin. Myös huoneessa oli puutteita. Siellä ei esim. ollut keittiön puolella pistorasioita kahvinkeittimelle, leivänpaahtimelle ja vedenkeittimelle.

− Struttura datata , una camera convertita in piccolo appartamento, una scrivania che ha fatto da tavolo

Spacious apartment ruined by poor communication and missing essentials

The apartment itself was perfectly fine, as it was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchenette had all the essentials, including cutlery, plates, pots, and fridge.

− The communication from the host was entirely one-sided. I reached out but received no response, which caused unnecessary stress throughout the day. This was especially anxiety-inducing because the guidelines strongly emphasized in capital letters that check-in was strictly "not possible after 9 PM." Although I eventually received the access code via message at the last minute, I cannot reward this lack of hospitality, which was further compounded by finding no toilet paper provided in the bathroom..

− After the shower the whole bathroom was under water. Everywhere were hairs laying around

The room was fine and met my needs. But gaining access was very difficult.

− I asked several times for the key box combination before arrival. No response. Was told repeatedly that there was a free phone to use in the reception area if I had difficulty getting into the room. No telephone available. Had to send messages repeatedly to finally get the key box code. Took about an hour. The message, along with the code, included no apology.

Aver trovato un tetto tramite l'efficienza del servizio clienti di booking in quanto, dopo esser rimaste fuori dalla struttura precedentemente prenotata (e confermata), ci ha trovato questa alternativa praticamente adiacente alla prima struttura

− Scoprire che il recapito telefonico del gestore di questa struttura era lo stesso che ci ha lasciate senza un alloggio non inviandoci i dettagli del check in nella prima struttura prenotata. Però per questa (che costa di più) è riuscito a farci avere gli accessi in pochissimo tempo. Non siamo rimaste fuori di notte SOLO grazie al servizio clienti di booking che ci ha seguite e supportato con grande efficienza
