10.0One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The customer service was exceptional and the management was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, just a 12-min walk from the main bus station and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10, highly recommended.
