− Some of the staff did not present like they work a hotel, or had proper training in the hospitality industry . Perhaps they were annoyed by being asked questions and requests at the front desk or simply do not want/prefer to deal with people like me…

Lovely modern hotel in heart of town
9.0Beautiful modern building and worthy of it's 4 stars. Perfectly run, really friendly and efficient staff, and bed was super comfortable. Very quiet and had a great sleep here. Very clean. Location fantastic!
− The bathroom setup is a little odd and some corners quite sharp in that small awkward area. Also not enough clothes space for hanging and storing.

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the Hotel. The hotel prohibits smoking. In case of violation of this rule or careless use, we will be forced to charge you a cleaning fee of €300 per night, plus compensation for increased material damage.
