9.0Living area was very big, nice and organized. It was great!
− No hangers in the room. The duvet looked too crumpled/wrinkled. But it's maybe they didn't have enough time to freshen it between booking and arrival.
Spacious property, comfy beds!
9.0The beds were so comfortable, and the property manager was great - very attentive to ensuring we had a positive experience. There is plenty of space, and the pool was clean. The property was secured by a gate and a guard. Our place lost electricity unexpectedly overnight one night, and we assumed it was an outage that affected the whole neighborhood. The property manager assured us that if we'd texted her, she would have been able to rectify the problem, so now we know for next time!
− The pre-check in procedures were unexpected, asking me to complete details on a different website in advance to confirm the booking or risk losing it.

10.0Es handelt es sich um ganze Häuser. Jedes Haus hat ein Untergeschoss mit Küche und Wohnzimmer und drei Zimmern im 1. Stock. Je nachdem, ob man 1, 2 oder 3 Zimmer bucht, werden entsprechend viele Zimmer oben aufgeschlossen. Es gibt im Außenbereich innen und außen Aufenthaltsbereiche, wo man sich entspannen und in Gruppen treffen kann, sowie einen kleinen Pool. Auf Anfrage wird die Wäsche gewaschen. Der Service ist extrem freundlich.
− Die Unterkunft kontaktiert einen noch per What's App - wenn man nicht antwortet, wird die Unterkunft storniert. Das Frühstück wird nicht im Haus zubereitet, sondern von einem Café bestellt und kommt in Alu- und Plastikbehältern. Es ist viel zu teuer, für das, was man bekommt (ein Viertel des Preises wäre angemessen); produziert unglaublich viel Müll und kommt nicht verlässlich - am ersten Tag kam es fast eine Stunde zu spät und wir haben deshalb unseren ersten Termin verpasst.
