8.0The staff and receptionists were very friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay most accommodating. Even at the restaurant the food was good. Initially there was a an issue with the shuttle surface where I couldn't find the driver at the airport but that was resolved and the room I got didn't have a balcony, which was what I requested. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
