Location of property is ok without the noise of a typical town centre in this country. Maybe they should review their charging policy. I booked a room with Hot water but was made to pay for a "hot water room". That was a rip-off! But they were not fair in returning the extra day i had booked even though i checked out a day earlier!

Air conditioning and cleanliness, ease of check-in

− No WiFi at first then very slow speed. Hard to find, could do with a sign at the corner of the drive. Wait for taxi on checkout....over an hour then overcharged because we are non-Ghanain. This doesn't reflect on the owners as they tried their best but it may be worth taking a car or getting them to negotiate a price with the taxi.
