The photos shown online did not match the actual condition of the rooms. The facilities were quite basic and not up to expectations—there was no cupboard, mirror, or proper stand, which made the stay inconvenient. Additionally, we were unexpectedly asked to pay ₹7,000 extra over the booking price without any prior information. We refused, but it created an uncomfortable situation. It would also greatly enhance the experience if authentic Coorg cuisine is offered, as many visitors come looking for a cultural experience along with their stay. Overall, there is definitely scope for improvement in both facilities and guest experience.

− Great location surrounded by nature—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property, set amidst coffee and pepper plantations, is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. Nagendra from the staff was extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable. The chef’s cooking was also very good and added a homely touch. The bonfire experience was a highlight as well. This is a place where you don’t need to plan much—just unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and soak in the calm.

The property is good. Staff is good. Food is also good. This property is for the people who love off roading and who wanted to stay by escaping from busy world.

− Details are not mentioned in the site and the rate is also high. Better book directly.

Location in forest, surrounded by coffee and pepper plantation. The silence, the birds, the staff, the sweetest dogs. Bed very comfortable, strong hot shower, very clean and stylish rooms. Delicious food on terrace out front or in your room, whatever you prefer, campfire, there's always coffee or tea. Nagrena and Rahman are the best people and will make it so comfortable for you. They can also arrange transport or a car and driver, if you don't have your own transport. If you like nice and quiet, this is your place. Try to book something during the week.
