8.0Spacious, clean apartment, great view!
− "Hidden" costs and embarrassing, threatening communication after payment is done, few days before arriving. Very aggressive bunch of mails, demanding to pay deposit. It gave an impression that you are unwelcoming cheater, party teenager with very bad hygiene habits.

− The apartment was in poor condition, with loose fixtures, damp and damaged furniture, and windows that felt unstable. There was also constant construction noise from 6am every day except Sunday, which really should have been mentioned beforehand, as it made the mornings quite unpleasant. The flat hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived either. When we raised these issues with the management company, we were told they were simply “wear and tear”, which we strongly disagree with.

1.0− I do not recommend. After booking and paying for the apartment through Booking, they asked for a €350 deposit for one night — and sent a suspicious link asking for my card details, even though Booking clearly states not to provide this information outside their platform!!! Very unprofessional experience. The property is managed by an agency, not the actual owner. There have already been complaints that they charge people and don’t return the money, or fail to show up at the agreed time to hand over the keys — some guests even nearly missed their flights because of this. They tend to blame the clients for everything. When we arrived, there was a terrible sewage smell in the bay and loud construction noise.
