Old fashioned and rustic, but great spot
7.0Wonderful location with a nice view of the ocean and the old fort, and close to some of the best spots to go swimming and snorkeling. The balcony is nice to sit at. There is a big playground outside with pagodas and benches, great place to chill. Wi-fi worked well. Very spacious. It was great to be able to hang clothes to dry on the back balcony. Some big fans helped in the heat, though AC would have been better (there is a unit, see other answer).
− Not well cleaned. Balcony was really dirty on arrival, we had to dust and wash everything. The hallways are incredibly dirty and full of trash. The back yard (view from bedroom) is full of trash. The balcony has a flimsy plastic table with a flimsy little umbrella that isn't weighted down. Since it can get windy at times, it tends to fall over. At one point the umbrella blew off the balcony. There was a nice split air conditioner, but no remote. We asked management and they took a long time to say they would check, but never got back to us. When it's 32 degrees inside, that's quite painful. The washer initially beeped with an error code. We told management, and two days (!) later they sent a handyman. Turns out the washer has a faulty sensor and then one has to push the door closed really tightly. This should either be fixed properly or at least informed about. Leather sofas is certainly a choice; very unpleasant in the heat.

− Semmilyen fűtés nincs, 17 foknál nem volt melegebb, ami egy kicsit kevés. Egyetlen elektromos fűtőtesttel nem lehet két szobát, és 1 fürdőszobát felfűteni. Az ingatlan környezete, különösen a hátsó ablak erkéllyel elég rendezetlen, lépcsőház koszos, és dohányos szagú, de ez az appartmantban nem érződik.
