Very poor internet. A lot of misunderstanding.
4.0They could not find our reservation and wanted us to pay. But we had already payed when we made the booking and we showed them the receipt. We had more than two hours of discussion before we finally got a room, even if it was still not worked out. We felt all the time that we were supposed to understand their problem. Later they talked about two websites of the hotel and they meant we had used the wrong one. It was very hard to make them understand that we never see their website, only the one of hotels.com. Besides the internet was very poor.
