Although it is a good value property to sleep 8 people I do not think it is up to standard.
4.0It was a nice location and very spacious.
− The garden was very dangerous. Lots of damage to the property, for example curtain rail hanging off the wall, all the garden chairs were broken and not safe to sit on, the windows did not close properly. Also upon arrival the en-suite bathroom toilet was soiled. I did message the host and he was very responsive and came immediately to clean the toilet and apologised and ensured us it was just an oversight by the cleaners. But the bed sheets were also not clean, there were black marks and they did not smell pleasant which I think it unacceptable. I would have been very unhappy if we had children with us. Would not stay here again even if it was a good price.
Great house for a family stay
8.0The location was perfect: the space available in the house was ideal for our family; the parking was adequate; big fridge; quiet location and lovely views.

7.0The ability to have space for the amount of people that we took. The area. The closeness to the Emmerdale tour for my mums birthday. Pictoreque area and the garden with the wildlife.
− The loose tap in the kitchen. The cold floors throughout downstairs made it very cold to walk round on your feet with no slippers. There are not enough plugs in the bedrooms close to mirrors in order to see when drying hair etc. The water pressure in the showers change when you flush a loo or use the dishwasher. Better instructions on the use for the TV and signal was terrible for live TV. Also better instructions needed for the heating as house was cold when timing of heating was off.
A perfect place for a family get together beautiful views and lovely decor throughout.
10.0This property is exceptionally appointed with beautiful views of the surrounding area. It is easily accessible from the A1 and has local attractions close by.
