6.0We, along with 2 other couples, arrived and had no access to the property. We never received email confirmations with access information and the doors were locked. I had to crawl through an open window to get inside and charge my phone to call someone. The contact phone number listed here on Expedia as well as the phone numbers listed on a paper in the lobby didn’t work. We waited in the living room for an hour and a half before someone showed up and assigned us rooms. I received the check in instruction email 20 minutes later…
