8.0Close to town with parking on the road. Left milk coffee and tea which is nice. Dan’s in all bedrooms was great considering the weather.
− The back garden was very scruffy and smelled a bit, no big pan or wok to cook certain dishes like spaghetti bolonese, the double bed was 2 singles pushed together and wasn’t really comfortable.

9.0Large house. Ample double bedroom and twin room, smallish single room. Comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen, with complimentary milk/coffee/tea/sugar. Large sitting room / dining room with very comfortable sofas and chairs. Excellent large screen TV. Fans in all bedrooms for hot weather. All areas spotlessly clean. Host attended swiftly to minor problem with door key pad. Very good location for visiting a patient in Russells Hall Hospital.
− Other houses in the row look quite scruffy. Parking is on the main road, single yellow line, so we parked in a side street. Quite a steep path down to front door.
