The location not far to walk to the shops, and the river and the train station and the bus stop Quiet area

− The accommodation could do with a good clean, the stairs living room and hall and bedroom carpets filthy need a good clean or replacing. The kitchen floor sticky felt like you stuck to it needs a good clean or replacing. The worktops hob and oven filthy.. The fridge dirty. All the plates cups cutlery utensils dirty had to wash them before could use them. The lights and fan in shower room not working. No sink in toilet room you have to touch door handle to leave room before you can wash your hands in different room which is germs on door handle. It states there is spare door key in cupboard but there is not. I don't think the cleaner cleans the property after each guests leaves because the place is filthy and just changes the key safe code. The sheets were dirty from the people before, we had to call the owner to get someone to come in and change the sheets and the toilet was dirty splattered from someone else.

Really enjoyable stay in a welcoming and comfortable accommodation that was really well equipped .

Spacious , very clean , well equipped , close to town centre , dog friendly , nice styling , comfortable .

− No allocated parking - made it difficult to unload and load up as there was no where outside and the street was completely full . The bed was a bit small !
