6.0Good location for where we needed to be, lots of space.
− Definitely can’t park 2 cars on the driveway unless they’re tiny. The grass in front of the house and back garden didn’t look like it had been cut in months. There were random bits of metal in the back garden, which was only brought to our attention when a toddler picked one of them up. The house looked clean but I think this was more of a surface clean - big cobweb on the living room window, the shower had some dark tiles and bits of black muck kept falling off them. We had an issue with one of the toilets and there was no plunger in the house, we were told to go and buy a plunger to be reimbursed as the quickest way to deal with it - we had only had one full day in the area, which was a family day out, we had group and food booked, which meant some of the party had to leave early to try and sort this out - wasn’t exactly convenient and left a bit of a dampener on the stay, never mind the fact that they ended up having to also pay for parking to get a shop. I appreciate people have lives, but so do paying guests. A few things were also broken; a bedroom plug socket, toilet roll holder, toilet seat, the kitchen smoke alarm.
The house was comfortable for us and well equipped with the things we needed. Everything was easy to find.

6.0The property is decent. Over all, the environment was quiet and nice. And I enjoyed my stay. The Management were responsive as well.

There was a leak on the roof above the stairs (I reported this to the management, hopefully they will fix it).
