10.0The property was very pretty and quaint. Initially had an issue which was very musty. I requested another room and was immediately moved to a perfect room. Front desk staff was very apologeticand escorted me to another room. Room encircle a very pretty patio filled with plants.

6.0Came back from a days trip very tired and there was construction work going on next to us from midnight to around 3:30 am. Communicated this to person in charge who apologized but nothing else. My son more than anything who had the bedroom right next to the noise was not happy. The other issue is having to call every other day for bathroom supplies as we stayed there for a whole week. I will say the staff was very courteous.

6.0The rooms in the property were very nice. We had the 3 bedroom, but only one restroom. It was gated property so that felts very safe inside. The lower rating has more to do with the lack of communication. Even though we speak the language they were just not very accommodating. We had to ask for someone to take out trash, give more toilet paper, and provide fresh towels.
