− - constant noise from the busy traffic road. Poor sound isolation in the windows. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom, which was close to the road, due to the constant noise all night. - The cinema room sound did not work, and there were no instructions on how to use it - poor communication with the property owner - did not answer our call - no possibility to even offload in front of the house,

− Nuits compliquées pour certains : certains matelas sont fins et mous, lattes du sommier qui ne tiennent pas au 2nd étage, bip continu dans l'armoire fermée du bas. Aucun son sur la TV ! État général moyen (peinture écaillée, store cassé, lattes de parquet soulevées, terrasse encombrée)
