Nice house
8.0Our stay was very good. All rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was kitchen. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else. There was a problem with heating when we arrived but it has been quickly resolved by maintenance engineer.

7.0Comfortable and clean
− Broken boiler when we arrived, meaning no heating and hot water. This was sorted out by ourselves having to fill the boiler to raise pressure enough to work. We notified the host that there was a radiator leak at the bottom of the stairs. The host couldn't arrange for it to be repaired during our stay, and we had to fill the boiler daily to keep it working.
