4.0The property is very minimally staffed. The rooms were filthy and extremely outdated. Spiderwebs and spiders in the room as well as an ant problem. Also, dust all over the room and property. The pool is very small and there is absolutely no views of the volcano or surrounding area. Sleep is minimal due to the loud noises surround the area and beds are not comfortable. Showers are old and dirty. The breakfast was okay but only one option for eating. Would not return.

4.0Mad! We are so upset. Two nights cost us almost $550 cad. The 1st room was so moldy it knocked you over when you walked in. They gave us another room that was better but the road noise was crazy! The bathroom shower was RV size and the best part… no hot water. There are better choices out there, don’t be fooled by the photos. The worst. The decor was early 1970s which is okay. The inn is on the main road and it’s heavy traffic all the time.
