10.0The property had everything my family needed to stay entertained. I loved the pool and the hot tub.

10.0There were tiny touches which showed how much the owners cared that we had a good stay. A hamper of provisions was left for us, chocolates on the beds and games to occupy the kiddies. The hot tub was a hit too! The beds and sofas were big and super comfy.
− The back garden needs a little spruce up :-)
Great but expensive with booking for the hot tub

− the hot tub.... received a message the night before arriving... stating the a 40 pound a night charge for the hot tub but would have to be applied for the whole stay which would be 80£ extra 🤔... honestly i was planing to book this place again but for a longer duration but 40£ a night for a hot tub which mostly wouldn't be used for the whole booking is ridiculous

− The owner messaged me a few days before arriving to tell me it was £40 extra per night to use hottub when I said I wasn’t happy about this he said if I wanted to cancel I would get full refund up on cancelling he then messaged saying I would not get refund do not stay here they just want your money

− Shame the hot tub was not quite warm enough when we arrived, but owner very helpful to sort it
