10.0ترحيب الموظفين والموظفات وتعاونهم وتعاملهم مع الضيوف بشكل احترافي وممتاز خصوصا مدير الفندق الأستاذ محمد والموظفة وئام على اسلوبها الراقي وامانتها ، تواصلت معي بعد تسجيل خروجنا وفي طريقي للمطار بسبب انني نسيت غرض ثمين خاص بي وكانت حريصه على تسليمه لي بنفسها والموظفة راويه على اهتمامها براحتنا كل صباح تستقبلنا بأجمل افطار. الغرفة كانت ممتازة والنظافة استثنائية تشم ريحة الصابون والنظافه بكل مكان قريب من معالم سيدي بوسعيد مشي 5 دقايق
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff
10.0Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Rawia was very attentive and responsive to my needs and was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a much needed massage at the spa. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tunis.
