8.0The place was very nice for families with kids. Kinda old and outdated but homey, checkout at 10 is a bit too early.

2.0Do not buy a week here. The $1100 assessment fee is not that bad, but now they're adding a $1825 special assessment per unit? My parents owned here for almost 40 years, but this is extortion. Goodbye.

10.0The resort was beyond my expectations. The preview pictures don't do it justice. The condo was huge - two stories, fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, large dining/family area, good sized room with two beds and a full bath, and large primary room with walkin shower and tub. While a bit dated, everything was in great condition. The location was fantastic. Beautiful views from the resort. Great location, near shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
