− Забронировали 2 номера двухместных с проживанием на 4 человек, в каждом номере по 2 человека. В итоге при заселении предъявили, что номер на 1 человека. Номер 2 местный!!!! Брали без завтрака.в одном из номеров была сырость от кондиционера. Номер отказались поменять. Персонал отеля совсем не идет на встречу клиентам
