8.0Property is well designed and maintained, quiet and healthy environment. The concept of reception and breakfast area away from your room thats the first negative point i found about the Property. As for the second negative point we found no helpers to help us with luggages since the distance between where we park and the bungalow are a bit far.

10.0We had the most amazing experience staying at West Woos Zahle. The service, the staff and the manager Marielle were so friendly and provided an exceptional customer service. The food at the Omnya Restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this place if you come to Zahle, Lebanon.
