The first night we arrived the property lost power. My issue was that the owner did not have a generator as a back up nor did he have an emergency light candles, flashlights or water available for us. When I text him his response was “it will come back on” I asked if he had any battery operated fans because it was very hot and he never responded. He did not offer to bring us candles or flashlights we were without power all night. The pressure for the showers was minimal I was unable to wash my hair due to the lack of pressure. There was not enough paper toilet or paper towels we were there for more than a few days and he didn’t have any supplies for us. We had an iron but no ironing board. The house itself was very pretty and the pool was warm and clean. I would say this owner is not very interested in making his customers happy he is all about the money with little regards of the tenants needs. The inconvenience was terrible. This owner has zero compassion for his tenants and that to me did not sit well. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with his attitude with the whole situation. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless the owner makes some serious changes.

My family and I stayed at this home for several days after booking last minute due to an issue with our first rental home. Overall, the house was just like the pictures. We enjoyed the pool, and the house was very spacious for everyone in our group. However, we wished that for the price we paid, the home would have come with more amenities (for example, we only got one toilet paper roll for each restroom and had to go purchase more). We also saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen.

The property was nice but we had a few issues with our 3-night stay. They do not have washcloths which we learned at 8 pm. We had to walk to Walgreens to purchase some. The dining table was covered in ants (which came from the pool area) by day 2. Bring your pool toys and pump. No coffee maker or cups. The hallway bathroom shower leaks badly when in use. The house is in a great area with amazing food nearby. The area is walkable. Carolina Beach is a 15-minute walk. My friend left her coat at the house and the owner told her that the cleaning person took it but they always mail items that were left behind. We arrived on Feb 7-10th. My friend has yet to receive her coat. She reached out and received no response.
