6.0Room 256, lamp between beds not operable. Tall post beds made viewing tv awkward. Tile missing in shower. Restaurant was great. One of the hot pools didn't work but the other one on the facility did work and was nice.

6.0Staff was excellent!! 1st room not good. Needed maintenance and upkeep. Fan needed dusting. After dinner found ants in bed. Staff moved us to a different room which was better maintained but unfortunately it didn’t have the ocean view. Beach was beautiful loved the chairs and umbrellas provided. Neat fire pits area. For the costs per night I expect better rooms. Staff surprised me with bottle of champagne and a heartfelt note for my special birthday. It was a nice surprise.

10.0We had a great sunset view from our quiet, comfortable room--with great coffee and tea service, mini fridge, nice shower. Easy walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting...even at 7am! Good restaurants close by and Spa across the street. Great karma, decor, and staff! We will be back.

10.0This was an amazing resort! Loved the atmosphere, the provided beach chairs, the viewing deck, the hot tub, the 5-star restaurants, the spa treatments. Totally relaxing, totally excellent.
