A Perfect Stay in Munnar
10.0We had an amazing stay at The Valle by Kondody in Munnar. From the very beginning, we were met with a warm and lovely welcome, and throughout our stay the staff were super helpful and kind. A special thanks to Divya, who greeted us and was our main contact – she made our stay extra memorable. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony and a stunning view over the surrounding hills. The hotel’s location was perfect, both as a base for day trips and as a peaceful place to return, relax, and enjoy a great meal. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast and dinner menu, which we really appreciated after exploring the area. The building itself and its surroundings are picture-perfect, and the hotel also offers plenty of activities if you want things to do without leaving the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we give our highest recommendation

10.0I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊

10.0Wonderful hotel and staff. Clean well appointed rooms and delicious meals. The views were breath-taking, the spa was incredible.
