From the very first moment, both of them went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Sevinch impressed me with her warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail. She anticipated my needs, offered excellent recommendations, and always greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel at home. Yulduz showed the same level of dedication and care. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful with every request. Her kindness and positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Together, Sevinch and Yulduz are true assets to the hotel. Their hospitality reflects the spirit of Bukhara — warm, generous, and unforgettable. I left with not only wonderful memories of the city but also deep appreciation for their exceptional service. Good stay overall
8.0The service was good, all employers were very helpful and Sevinch made our check out and billing very understandable. For us the pool area was very nice and a good service but some guests started drinking and smoking in the morning, which was not too pleasant. Maybe a separat smoking area would help. The breakfast was good but not amazing, the rooms are quite nice but also nothing special.

4.0Très petite chambre et salle de bain minuscule. Bruit du ventilateur d'air conditionné extérieur très important. Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche...Musique assourdissante à la piscine qui y rend le séjour impossible. Très éloigné du centre. Buffet du PdJ très moyen et pas au goût européen. Attention, le vendeur de la boutique souvenir facture 3 fois le prix courant....

10.0Superbe séjour au sein de l’établissement, Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Le bar est très beau et la piscine magnifique. Le Sauna / Hammam et la salle de sport sont un vrai plus. De plus nous avons été parfaitement reçu par le staff et Yulduz Dislhod. Merci

6.0Les chambres supérieures donnent sur l’emplacement du bâtiment produisant l’air conditionné et sont donc excessivement bruyantes. A éviter ! Le spa est agréable.
