2.0スタッフがまったく信用できなかった。 ①パスポートのコピーをとった後、パスポートの返却を忘れてしばらくコピー機に放置されました ②頼んでもいないのに、私が部屋を留守にしている際に部屋の清掃に入られました ③朝5時頃、なんの断りもなくスタッフが勝手にドアを開けてきました。彼は部屋には入らず、すぐにドアを閉めました。 これらは、少なくともこれまで私が旅行してきたホテルで経験したことのないものです。不信感しかありませんし、今後この国に来ることもないでしょう。最悪です。

10.0Funcionários muito atenciosos! Às responsáveis pelo café da manhã eram prestativas e até diam nossos pedidos com prontidão! O quarto era ótimo! Mesmo sendo ao lado da recepção, a acústica era excelente. O café da manhã recebe nota 4 de 1 a 5. É perto de tudo e a apenas 200 da Maidan Tower. Super recomendável!

10.0The Pera hotel is located in the in the Old town which is very convenient for tourists. Numerous cafes and restaurants with national meals. The staff in the hotel is extremely polite and helpful. Front desk associates Eldar and Emil are very professional and knowledgeable and ready to assist a customer every moment. Homemade breakfasts are delicious and healthy with a variety of fruits. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
