− This is actually a couple of ground-floor apartments in a Soviet-era building that have been combined into one property, with very basic facilities. The window opens directly onto the other side building entrance, where the intercom is quite loud. Breakfast is not provided, although there is a small, equipped dining area where they obviously used to prepare it. The Wi-Fi is very weak and unreliable. If you're traveling alone on business and just need a place to stay, it will do, considering the price and location.
A deposit may be required at the property.
