− Нет лифта (но предложили донести чемодан),, обидные мелочи которые портят впечатление: смеситель не закреплен на раковине, светильник сломан и не заменен (цена ему 15-20 долларов)
Un bon point de départ pour découvrir l'Arménie avec un séjour à Erevan
9.0Emplacement très central pour visiter Erevan, dans une rue calme et agréable face à un joli parc et à prximit´2 de commerces. Personnel serviable et présent. Bon petit déjeuner. Lit confortable.

10.0Location is perfect for a walking distance to all places downtown. Stuff is really nice. Extremely kind people, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. If I go back to Yerevan for sure I would stay there. Highly recommended!
