4.0I love the Pool/Spa area.
− Worker’s poor attitude and how they talk with guests! Even had argument with one of the workers because she did not want to give my kids towels! TV control was broken! Gave us a room with one bed for 3 people with an excuse that they don’t have room! I checked through bookings they clearly had a room! They did not want to accommodate! If you’re charging me extra for the third person be fair and provide me the extra bed! Visited Armenia after 25 years and got this horrible experience from workers! Everyone starring at your face like they have not seen anyone from outside of Armenia. I demanded a room change next day because we did not sleep all night!
