9.0The staff, the beds, the rooms, the lobby area, the rooftop, the porch outside for drying clothes…. definitely exceeded my expectations and made it easy to enjoy my experience and make new friends!

1.0poco seguro, me sentí acosada. no es normal el comportamiento del personal del hostel.
− 2.30 am, me despierto asustada y al lado mio había un tipo observandome mientras dormía, sosteniendo la cortina de mi cama (la cual estaba cerrada a tope). me cuestionó qué hacia durmiendo ahí y donde estaban mis cosas, miré y estaba el cajón correspondiente a mi cama vacio, (esta persona era del personal del hostel). aparentemente, por error me dieron la cama de una chica que se llamaba como yo, cosa que evidentemente no es mi culpa y no sabía. mi duda es: te equivocaste, me diste otra cama que no era para mi, ok. hay dos camas limpias libres, hay una ocupada "por error", simplemente le das a la otra persona la cama libre y limpia, no? en todo caso, al otro dia en la mañana si es tan necesario se harán los cambios que tengas que hacer. me resultó completamente turbio e incómodo, no dormí en toda la noche. estaba la cortina cerrada por lo tanto es obvio que alguien está usándola, no? no entiendo porque alguien del hotel entraria a revisar la gente por dentro de sus cortinas, podría haber estado en bragas o no se, fue horrible horrible y no se lo deseo a nadie, me quedé con taquicardia hasta horas despues. no vuelvo nunca más y chicas, les recomiendo no pisar este lugar porque no es un lugar seguro. además, no hay agua caliente en los baños. pasé un fin de semana horrible porque este tipo me lo arruinó por completo.
