8.0The room smelled mildew because of how old the property was. The renovation was done nicely. The towels were thin. Could use a towel rack in the bathroom. The outlet in the bathroom was behind the mirror. The room is decorated nicely. The price was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

8.0This is an historic property that is in process of being renovated. It is a charming collection of adobe style “cabins” that may have been used as a base camp for Pikes Peak. It was easy to locate and parking was good. It will only get better and better. It was a great pet-friendly value for our three night visit to Pikes Peak. It’s also close to Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Owner is very nice and accommodating. I recommend.

10.0The Main Lodge is rustic and beautifully restored!! Great shape for almost 100 yrs old. My cabin was clean! Updated w/tile floors, nice shower, kitchenette, windows that open and bonus skylite. Attached was a private Pergola w/picnic table. Joey - Lodge Manager is friendly and very accomodating! Look forward to a return visit!

2.0I actually slept with my personal protection here. Got to the property around 8:30 no one was in the office had to call a number and stand outside waiting for Ernie to come let me in. The exterior was unkept with high grass. Had a smell from the outside. The code to our room was written in a book on the desk. The cabin smelled like mildew. The minute we came in the adjoining cabin was screaming, cussing and you could hear items hit the floors. This went on ALL night! The shower had black tile there was white soap scum. All of the windows in our unit had been left unlocked. There was people loitering around the back of the rooms where you park and it wasn’t well lit. It’s sad because this place has real potential to be a fun place. Check out was the same had to call a number for Ernie.
