− Couldn't sleep due to outside noise - (yelling up to early hours) Heatwave & no fan, meant we had to open windows. Quite a distance from Liverpool City centre. No towels were provided Rooms not sound proof -could hear person upstairs shuffling around

− The tv didn't work properly, I wanted to watch the Brazil game but couldn't get it,so watched it on my phone
Very poorly run with no communication from owner
1.0Arrived and couldn't get into our room. Tried getting intouch with owner but to no avail Contacted booking.com on live chat they got room number and code for our key. Entrance was dark and my husband fell up the first stair which then the light came on Got to our room and a key was in the door but didn't work we then tried our key from the box and it didn't work either. Left the property and headed home. We want our money back please
− Location, the building looked disjointed and tired Drove all the way from Scotland and was very disappointed
