10.0We traveled a long way from the US to South America, first stopping in Peru and then on the Jose Ignacio. To say we loved Jose Ignacio and Estancia Santa Cruz would be an understatement. We are in the hotel business and this was one of the most memorable stays we have every had. It was like staying in a Five Star hotel with the owners living just down the road. We stayed in Casa Pauli and it was impeccable but not over done. Just what you would want in a local, family run operation. The breakfast was great and varied. The chef was wonderful and made scrambled eggs for my son every morning. The Klein family could not have been more pleasant and present. In addition to the homes/villas they rent, they are running a top-flight polo operation. We watch a number of polo matches while we where there and became real fans! Jose Ignacio is such a wonderful beach community and the restaurant/night life seen is as good as the Hamptons or Miami. For those of you who know the global DJs, Adriatique, they played one night at the property. What a wonderful surprise! Trust me on this one, best trip in years! We already booked for next New Years.

10.0It was great everyone was so hospital we felt right at home. Not only did they check on you but they gave great recommendations and we had the best time here! The property is absolutely beautiful and the houses are clean, comfortable and spacious. Automatically we were very relaxed. We did not use the pool but it was beautiful and the restaurant was great and accommodating during the holidays.
