3.0The Kitchen was well equipped.
− The front exterior very Sabby. Hallway very dark and Shabby. The balcony extremely dirty, over flowing ashtray and half smoked cigarette left on the balcony, everything covered in bird poo. Pool of water in the Livingroom area when we arrived, damp patch on the ceiling in the Livingroom, blinds missing from the windows, windows absolutely disgusting inside and out. Kitchen bin lid didn't close, sofa bed very uncomfortable, bedside lamps all missed shaped and cracked, diningroom table leg not very sturdy, light in the Bathroom round the mirror didn't work, Bathroom unit all chipped, peices missing off the shower. Taken some photos but not loads has wasn't spending anymore of my time when I was there celebrating my daughters Birthday. I sent an email to the office but haven't heard anything back from them, it cost me over £400 to stay plus a £200 security deposit before we even checked in. Had trouble leaving the key in the lock box when checking out has it wouldn't close properly. We have stayed in alot of apartments/hotels in Liverpool and always leave honest feed back and this is definitely the worst upto now.
Fantastic apartment let down by bathroom
7.0Lovely balcony, kitchen and master bedroom
− Shower was dreadful. An explosion of water with no way of adjusting the temperature. And in the heatwave, having a hot shower was not the one.
Overall a very good option to stay in central Liverpool.
8.0Central Liverpool, close to transport links, shops, bars, restaurants, dock area. Roomy apartment. Good facilities.
− No lift to top floor. No teatowel. Broken ironing board.
