I would not recommend this hotel
2.0− We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the front desk was completely unattended when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes before anyone came to help us. Because of the strong smoke odor, the poor customer service, and the fact that we were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. We asked the hotel to cancel and refund our reservation since we never even checked into the room, but they refused. I would not recommend this hotel.
