1.0Spacious. High standard.
− Support. Outside of business hours, calls are answered from Spain—with no possibility of any action being taken. They offer a polite apology.
Excellent location and amenities. It was also surprisingly quiet at night!
10.0Very easy electronic key system. Amazing amenities in kitchen and rooms. Great views. Very high end and comfortable.
− The host forgot to send me the payment portal for the city tax until I asked 30 min before when I was in the busy vaporetto. Then they shared they wouldn’t let me in until I paid. It was unfortunate timing but everything else was great
Clean and spacious. Good value for the money. We have a problem with bathroom door handle that got fixed next day. Commu
9.0Near everything we needed. Spacious and clean.
− Mosquitoes present but maybe it’s canal living. We manage to kill a lot.
A beautiful apartment, and we had a very enjoyable stay. It was also very conveniently located.
9.0Everything was perfect.
− The apartment was well equipped, excepting for some minor items like dish washing soap, scrubber and kitchen towels.

9.0I think There should be a key to the flat on top of the code. It will feel safer in case one lost their phone.
