10.0This is a really nice, clean, well equipped and spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering, and the washing machine was a real boon. The location is central at the east end of 'The Avenues' and a short walk to the CBD. The Coimbra Restaurant, and the Brontë Hotel are very close . The property is very secure. Excellent communication from the host, and the local caretaker. Highly recommended

8.0Generally property was good, few minor niggles as expected . Good area for transport and shopping. Neighbours often on the louder side. Utilities working mostly, except temporary water supply on evening before return trip. Ideal for short or longer stays as previous experiences in same city demonstrated totally inadequate water supply, hot or cold!
