8.0I like the staff. However, my first night wasxa nightmare. The room was not prepared (no towels, no toilet paper, soiled linen, etc.). I was finally able to get a better room, but it was inhabited by insects. After the initially horrible first day, the rest of my stay was more satisfactory.

2.0There was no air-conditioning in the room. A male restaurant staff tried to make me pay more for what he said was free. Airport transportation driver delayed for one hour.
