4.0They dint serve breakfast. No dustbin in the room, no towels in the bathroom, no shower curtain, water was splashing all over the bathroom, we could have slipped & fell. Towels rail was broken, it was a disaster.
− Our room was not made up, we slept on an unmade bed after our 1st night.

− I phoned a few hours earlier to tell them I will be a bit late They accepted When I arrived they told me it was fully booked The place was dirty and in a bad state of disrepair! The toilet was smelly
