4.0I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, however, i was quite underwhelmed by the overall experience. The TV both in my roon and around the property didnt have any entertainment apparently something wasnt working well. The pool was not accessible throughout my entire stay. The continental breakfast was very limited, mostly eggs and beans, with bacon only available the first night, and no juice offered at all. On the positive side, the hot water was reliable, but generally the facilities need improvement. I believe with some investment in amenities, this lodge could provide a much better guest experience.

4.0Excellent location. Nice outside surrounding. However, everything seems run down and poorly maintained.

6.0It's a lovely place for a startup. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am sure they will keep on improving with experience. Downside was the poor WiFi connectivity. The food is not exactly the best, but there are good restaurants nearby so if you just want an affordable, clean, peaceful and comfortable place to base at while you experience Livingstone, I strongly recomment Ultima Lodge.
Blessing in disguise adventure.
8.0My stay was extra good. The manager Mr Adam did look out for me. When l arrived they were fully booked as they did see the booking from Expedia l guess but that was a blessing in disguise for me as l got transfered to their other resort. It was an upgrade and l got to experience both hotels. The resort is the best secluded in the national park l got to do a quad biking, taught how to fish, the tranquility is good as well. Heavy breakfast compared to the one in town. Staff is friendly was given a sim card by Tamanda, Natasha the bar lady served me so well, Denise drove me around and would thank him to for the patients he has while he waited for me to shop around town. Wombi not sure of the spelling the for give the bar lady who works at the hotel in town also served me well. Everything is good there you just have to order well indavance and plan well as anyone knows that restaurant food takes time 30mins. Otherwise l enjoyed and would definitely come back again.
