Had a terrific stay here with friends. Really well located and a terrific rooftop pool/bar.
9.0Very comfortable rooms. Terrific rooftop pool and bar area. Everything we needed and really well located - within easy walk to transport and various local sights, food markets etc.
− Layout is a little strange - go up to reception and then people going past reception to get to lifts to rooms (so multiple lifts to get to your room)

Katastrophe!
1.0Das Personal war nett. Das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt eine Katastrophe!
− Die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut, auch in der Nacht über 51 dBA gemessen. Ein erholsamer Nachtschlaf war nicht möglich. Unter der Synthetic Bettwäsche hat man sich jede Nacht durchgeschwitzt! Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Es ist nicht möglich die 2 Reisekoffer eines Paares gleichzeitig zu öffnen, es gibt nicht genug Ablagefläche um die Koffer gleichzeitig zu öffnen, geschweige denn Platz auf dem Fußboden. Das Bad ist chick aber winzig! Wir mussten einen Tag früher abreisen. Keine Kulanz bei der Erstattung des nicht genutzten Tages. Wir sind um 6 Uhr abgereist, man hatte uns ein Lunchpaket zugesagt, da wir im Hotel nicht frühstücken konnten. Das war nicht fertig. Wir mussten los, da das Taxi wartete… Nie wieder werden wir in diesem Hotel buchen.
Great base for short Sg break - just on the edge of city so quiet with surroundings of park and space.
