− Hard bed, old hard pillows. No staff in the office. No breakfast.

10.0Liked the remodel and decor. The room was pleasant to stay. The hooks on wall system was very handy to use! Location was walking assessable to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and grocery store.
This items can be fixed just change out all the locks and the doors and make sure all the doors are secure
5.0The sister property I stayed across the street 3 days prior
− You need to change out all the locks in your doors and make sure the deadbolt works because I could use a credit card to break into my room. I had multiple problems with securing my door and the staff came through. However it took some time out of my day in order to be there while they fixed it. Your property across the street is five star so I figured your property on the other side of the street would be good to go.
